Your skip may have been removed because the hire period ended, or due to issues with permits or overdue payments. If you need to extend your hire period, contact us and we’ll help you with the process.

All waste collected from your skip is transported to licensed recycling facilities. We aim to recycle as much waste as possible and dispose of everything responsibly, in compliance with local and national regulations.

Mattresses are not allowed in regular skips due to specific disposal regulations. If you need to dispose of a mattress, please inform us when booking the skip, and we’ll arrange a separate collection for it.

For safe transportation, please fill your skip up to the top edge but avoid loading it over the sides. Overloaded skips are unsafe for transport, and additional charges may apply for excessive loading.

Plasterboard cannot be disposed of in regular skips due to specific waste regulations. If you need to dispose of plasterboard, please contact us so we can arrange a separate collection.

You don't need to be present for the skip delivery or collection as long as the location is accessible. Simply provide us with clear instructions when booking, and we’ll ensure the skip is delivered and collected smoothly.

To make the most efficient use of space, place heavy items at the bottom and lighter, bulkier items on top. This helps ensure a stable load and maximizes the available space in the skip.
